Please Note:
- Shipping costs includes wrapping, packaging and postage.
- All items come packed in either a bubble mail envelope or a box with bubble wrap + styrofoam nuggets for large orders (10 pieces & above).
- All items will be checked prior to shipping.
- I will hold no responsibility if your package should suffer any mishaps during delivery or if your package gets lost in the mail. To reiterate, I will not replace your order nor offer you a refund for lost or damaged items.
- As a tracking number will be provided you will be solely responsible for tracking your order.
- All orders will be shipped within 1 - 7 working days upon confirmation of payment. The length is determined by customization/adjustment work required & quantity of order.
- Do email me if you prefer an alternate mode of shipment such as DHL, UPS or to pack your purchase in a box. I will be more than happy to comply & to quote you a new price.
- Sorry, but I don't do neither Cash On Delivery (COD), personal deliveries nor allow pick-ups at my home. If you wish to purchase an item & pick it up at a bazaar I am taking part in, you must make full payment first.
